This policy explains what personal information Wakai ("we," "us," "our") collects when you visit or buy from wakaibody.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and how to reach us about it.

Order information. When you place an order, we collect what's needed to fulfill it: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details. Card numbers and other sensitive payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment provider, we don't store full payment details on our own systems.
Contact information. If you email us, use a contact form, or sign up for updates, we collect whatever you share with us, typically your name and email address.
Device and analytics information. When you browse the Site, we automatically collect some information about your device and how you use it: browser type, IP address, time zone, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the Site. We collect this using cookies and similar tools, see "Cookies" below.
How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Fulfill and ship your order, and keep you updated on its status
- Respond to your questions and provide customer service
- Screen orders for potential fraud or risk
- Understand how people use the Site through analytics, so we can improve it
- Send you marketing emails, but only if you've opted in, you can unsubscribe at any time
We do not sell your personal information, ever.
Who we share it with
We share information with the service providers who help us run the store, including:
- Shopify, which hosts the Site and processes orders on our behalf
- Payment providers, to process your payment securely
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order and provide tracking
- Analytics providers, to help us understand Site traffic and usage
Each provider only receives the information it needs to do its job, and is bound by its own privacy and data-handling commitments.
Cookies
Cookies are small files placed on your device that help the Site function, for example, remembering what's in your cart, and help us understand how the Site is used through analytics. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent, though some parts of the Site may not work as well without them.
Data retention
We keep your order and account information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes.
Your rights

Children's privacy
The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
