Here's what to expect once you place an order with Wakai.
Shipping options and delivery time
You choose your shipping option at checkout:
- Standard Shipping ($5.00): your order arrives within 8 to 12 business days.
- Priority Processing ($10.00): your order moves to the front of the packing line and arrives within 7 to 10 business days.
Both windows include the time it takes us to prepare, pack, and hand your order to the carrier. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Every order ships with a tracking number.
We ship worldwide. Delivery windows outside the US may extend a few days beyond the ranges above, and any customs duties are the recipient's responsibility.
Tracking your order
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also look up your order any time on our Track Your Order page. If your tracking link isn't working or you can't find it, email hello@wakaibody.com and we'll look it up for you.

Shipping is shown in full at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delays
Most orders arrive within the windows above, but carrier delays do happen, especially around holidays or severe weather. If we become aware of a delay affecting your order, we'll email you with an update. If an order seems to be taking longer than expected, email hello@wakaibody.com and we'll check on it for you.
