The 60-day guarantee

If Wakai isn't right for you, you have 60 days from your delivery date to request a full refund, on every order, no exceptions. There's nothing to send back, keep the bar, or pass it on to someone who might like it.

How to request a refund

Email hello@wakaibody.com with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. No explanation needed, no return shipping, no restocking fee. We'll confirm your refund by email once it's processed.

When you'll get your money back

Once your refund is approved, it's issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days beyond that to show up on your statement.

Order issues outside the 60-day window

Received a damaged, missing, or incorrect item? Email hello@wakaibody.com any time, we'll make it right, guarantee window or not.
