Pricing

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We work to keep pricing accurate, but if a pricing error appears on the Site, we reserve the right to correct it, cancel any affected orders, and refund any payment already made for those orders.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, we may accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if we suspect fraud, an item is unexpectedly unavailable, or there's an error in the order or its pricing. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers at the time of purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be handled in the courts of Ontario, Canada, unless the consumer protection laws where you live require otherwise.
